BOXING

YOGA

BOOTCAMP
Challenge your whole body with our Bootcamp class focused on strength, fitness, and muscular endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, this workout incorporates a variety of training styles, including barbells, free weights, high-intensity cardio, and bodyweight movements. We set the WOD, and you bring the effort!

PILATES
Transform your mind and body on the mat with our Pilates class. Focus on improving posture, balance, muscle tone, and core strength through dynamic movements and holds. Enhance your body awareness, strengthen your performance, and diversify your training routine with every session.

STRENGTH

KIDS CLASSES
