Big game on the weekend? Tough week on the field? Book a dedicated Team Recovery Session in our fully equipped Recovery Centre.

Here’s what’s included:

✔ Compression boots, infrared sauna, ice baths and recovery tools
✔ Supervised sessions with guidance on correct use and recovery techniques
✔ Designed to reduce muscle soreness, prevent injury, and boost long-term performance
✔ Time and space to unwind, debrief and reset as a team
